Delivery Terms

Delivery of ordered products is carried out within 1 to 4 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping is done via courier company Econt or Boxnow to a locker, office, or personal address chosen by the customer.

  • Delivery price – automatically calculated on the order page, depending on location and delivery method.

  • Tracking – after dispatch, you will receive an email with a waybill number, through which you can track the status of your shipment.

  • View and test option – all products sent with Econt have the "view and test" option before payment.

Product Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to state a reason for the return.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in the same commercial condition in which it was received – without signs of use, in its original packaging, with all accompanying accessories and documents.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or non-conformity with the order, when we offer a free replacement at our expense.

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, it is inspected by our representative and, upon approval, the amount is refunded via cash on delivery by courier.

  • Delivery to the customer is free only if the order is kept. If a product is returned, the value of the initial delivery paid by us to the courier will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us via email at sales@kylyan.com to express your wish to return the item.

    1. We will send you detailed return instructions depending on the delivery method:

      • Orders delivered via Econt are returned via Econt

      • Orders delivered via BoxNow are returned via BoxNow
        For returns via BoxNow, the following prices apply:

        • Small parcel: €1.53 / BGN 2.99
        • Medium parcel: €2.04 / BGN 3.99
        • Large parcel: €4.09 / BGN 8.00
          The indicated amounts are at the customer's expense.

  2. Send the product via courier to our address, which you will receive in the instructions.

  3. After review and approval of the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount via cash on delivery.

Important: Product returns are processed only after prior contact with us and receipt of instructions. If a product is sent without prior notice and instructions, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.
